What’s The Cosy Process?
The Cosy Process is a cosy, queer corner of the internet for the cottagecore at heart. Part newsletter, part blog, we chat about cosy books, games, hobbies, and staying cosy when the world makes it difficult.
When I started The Cosy Process, I wanted to create a space to share my favourite cosy things, celebrate my favourite cosy creators, and dabble in some folklore facts. Over time, I realised I also wanted to share more of myself, despite the intrinsic fear of sharing anything anywhere, so that’s what we’re doing together. This is a cosy space for figuring it out as we go: the feelings, the lists, the things we love.
If you’ve ever found joy in a good cup of tea, intense satisfaction in putting small things in small boxes, or wanted to learn a fictional language, The Cosy Process is for you!
It’s a little piece of peace: a ten minute read for a warm drink, a friendly chat, and a reprieve from the outside world. A cosy, queer, creative little moment, just for you and me.

Who’s Moog?
Hi! I’m Moog (they/them), a comfy millennial lesbian usually surrounded by books, who always wants to see pictures of your dogs.
✨I’m a freelance creative assistant currently working with Hannah Witton
✨For the astrology babes: I’m a Sagittarius sun, Libra moon, Libra rising
✨One day I will consistently be able to make a good cup of tea but until then you can bet I’ll keep trying.
Thank you so much for reading The Cosy Process! I’ll be posting soon about some of the updates I’ll be making here for 2025, but mostly that means that I’ll be launching a paid subscription tier as a way for people to support my work. There’ll be a bonus chatty, tea-with-a-friend style short podcast episode every month to say thank you.
If you don’t have the capacity to become a paid subscriber, but want to support my work, please feel free to buy me a coffee, follow me on Instagram or Bluesky, share this post on social media, or just leave me a comment! Thank you so much for being here to be cosy with me.
I don’t always have the spoons to reply to comments (thanks, chronic illness) but when I do, I will, and when I don’t, know that I love them anyway <3
Thanks for reading!
